Delegate Capito moved to amend the senate amendment on page 4,  by redesignating section number and section heading “§15-15-3. Mandatory agreements for housing persons subject to immigration detainers” as “§15-5-4. Mandatory agreements for housing persons subject to immigration detainers”, and by renumbering the remaining sections accordingly.
